We played a game that I made up called "Fill the Fruit Bowl" which consisted of giving each of the children a piece of fruit that they could throw in the bowl. Peter said it sounded like a dumb game but I figured they were too young to do anything more complicated. It actually was so much fun. It took a little while for them to figure out what they were supposed to do and most of them were busy eating the fruit they were given, but once they got the hang of it, they were having so much throwing the fruit.
I look forward to more fun parties each year! I love planning parties for little kids!

SOOOO cute Candice. That party looks like a party I'd want to have! Happy Birthday Laura!
This looks like it was so much fun!! The aprons and hats turned out so cute! I want to recruit you to plan my kids parties!
Just the cutest! Love all the little aprons and the theme of the party! Happy early birthday, Laura!
Love the birthday idea! Your girl s going to be one heck of a homemaker someday.
Love the invites...they have your address and phone number on them though so you might want to cut that part off from your blog so you don't get stalkers!
When we picked Lincoln up from the party we asked, "So, what did you do?" Yea, we didn't get much of an answer from him. :-) I'm so glad you wrote this post so we could see how much fun everybody had. He LOVES his apron, by the way.
